digital publishing service for individuals, businesses or organizations
with annual gross revenue not exceeding $250,000 who would like
to use our patented Digital Flip® technology to present their
content in a FlipBook format.

What are the limitations of the Small Business Services service offering?
The Small Business Services offers FlipBook publishers the license to distribute non-encrypted FlipBooks online and viewable on FlipViewer® only. Your readers will have to download and install the FlipViewer® software before they can read your FlipBook online.
If you would like to encrypt or protect your online FlipBook from unauthorized use (e.g., for sale or subscription purposes) or distribute your FlipBooks on CDs, you can consider our Enterprise Services which includes Digital Rights Management (DRM) feature. Our Enterprise Services also offer you the ability to track readers' usage of your FlipBooks, such as the sequence of pages viewed, time spent on ad impressions displayed on pages, etc. And if you prefer your readers to quickly open your FlipBook without having to download or install any FlipViewer® software, our Enterprise Services offers FlipViewer® BV our browser version option. How do I prove that my annual gross revenue does not exceed $250,000?
When you sign
up for the Small Business Services, you need to agree to our Terms
and Conditions and represent that you are indeed a small business
entity as defined under the Terms. Thereafter, you may be required
to confirm your status as a small business entity via email annually.

How different is the Small Business Services from Enterprise Services?
Enterprise Services are intended for
businesses or organizations with annual gross revenue exceeding
US$250,0000, or customers who prefer the personalized service provided
by our Enterprise Solutions Team. Our Enterprise Solutions Team
also offers you a turn-key digital publishing solution with advanced features like DRM, tracking, FlipViewer® BV which are not available on Small Business Services. For more information

What is a book title? Can I change it?
Book title is the file name of the
published FlipBook and is used to uniquely identify a FlipBook.
The book title cannot be changed. It can contain alphabets and numbers
but not blank spaces or special characters like "?".

What happens if I need to change my book content after publishing
it?
You can change the book content after
publishing it. You need to sign in and re-publish your new content
after changing it.

Why do I need to publish my FlipBooks?
FlipViewer®
3.5 and above software requires a digital ID for all FlipBooks
containing HTML pages, and all FlipBooks that are being distributed
commercially. By publishing your FlipBooks through our Small Business
Services, you are in fact obtaining a digital ID for your FlipBooks,
making them readable to your users.

After purchasing Single License(s), how long do I
have to wait before I can start using the service?
You will have immediate access to
the service after you sign up and make payment via a credit card.
We will review your account information and may contact you for
more information if necessary.

What do I do after I have published my FlipBook?
At the end of the publishing process,
you would be prompted to download the opf file to your machine.
Please download it to your local drive, then upload the same file
(together with your opf_files resource folder) to your hosting
site. Finally, use the following auto-install URL to share your
FlipBook.
